Overview: Our client, an ASX-listed uranium company, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business as it advances high-conviction uranium projects in the Northern Hemisphere. These projects are located in globally recognised jurisdictions known for major discoveries, offering significant opportunity for business growth and value creation.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to establish the company as a premier uranium explorer and developer.
- Oversee the advancement of high-potential uranium assets, guiding them through exploration, feasibility and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, government authorities and strategic partners.
- Lead capital-raising initiatives to support exploration and project development, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- Develop and manage a high-performing technical and corporate team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
- Represent the company in ASX reporting, investor presentations and industry forums, enhancing its market profile and communicating key milestones.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and governance requirements in asset locations.
Required Experience: - Proven leadership experience as a CEO, 2IC, or senior executive within a uranium-focused company.
- Strong technical and commercial expertise in uranium exploration, project development and market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex global jurisdictions, managing regulatory, operational and geopolitical considerations.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders with corporate objectives.
- Strong investor relations and capital markets experience, with a track record of securing funding for exploration and development projects.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in building long-term industry partnerships.
