Overview:
We are seeking expressions of interest for an Exploration Manager position with a listed Uranium company. As the Exploration Manager, you will be responsible for the advancement of the company's uranium exploration projects, including management of discovery teams and and site leadership. Prior uranium exploration experience is a key requirement for this position. 
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed exploration plans and programs;
  • Oversee and manage all on-site exploration activities, including geological mapping, geochemical sampling, drilling and geophysical surveys;
  • Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team, providing technical guidance, training and mentorship;
  • Conduct detailed geological interpretations and resource estimations using advanced software and modelling tools to support project development;
  • Compile, analyse and interpret geological data to generate high-quality technical reports, presentations and exploration updates for internal stakeholders and market releases;
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety and sustainability on-site;
  • Collaborate with executive management to develop and manage exploration budgets, timelines and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and financial targets;
  • Engage with local communities, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders to build positive relationships and promote project transparency and sustainability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Geoscience discipline;
  • Prior uranium exploration experience; 
  • Proven track record in planning, executing and managing exploration programs, including drilling, sampling and geophysical surveys;
  • Strong proficiency in geological software and modelling tools (e.g., MapInfo, ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Micromine, etc.);
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, budgets and timelines, while ensuring adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards.
