An ASX Listed gold and lithium company engaged Iron Cove Global to source a Managing Director for the company. The business was moving through a leadership transitional phase and was searching for a highly competent and skilled executive to lead the company through its next phases of growth. The company is focussed on it’s gold development assets in NSW and lithium exploration in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Reporting to the board, the MD is tasked with complete leadership for corporate and operational activities of the company. The chosen candidate was an experienced mining executive with a strong track record of operations management and value creation who had successfully transitioned an exploration company to a producer in his previous MD role.
