The Chief Operating Officer position was a pivotal hire for the company to ensure the successful advancement of a world-class critical minerals project from early phases through feasibility and scoping studies, onward to the development of the project into a fully operational mine. The chosen candidate is an Australian national and was selected due to his proven track record in advancing mineral sands/ rare earths projects in the global resources industry, holding excellent leadership and project execution capability. The selected candidate holds +20 years resources industry experience, holding extensive critical minerals development exposure. He is qualified with an Executive MBA and a Masters of Mining Engineering.
